HEALING DANCES

From ancient times and down through the ages dance as served as potent form of healing. While many may assume that dance is a means to rectify the narratives of our lives, Biodanza a conscious dance modality introduces a fresh perspective. In this therapeutic modality, the emphasis shifts from mental narratives to bodily experiences. Our stories may reside in our minds, but our true lives unfold through the movement of our bodies.

Healing through dance with Biodanza entails a profound reconnection with our physical selves, tapping into the innate rhythm and vitality that flows through us.
