Sometimes we feel gratitude because something is making us happy.

Sometimes we feel happy because we are connecting with gratitude.
Gratitude can arise effortlessly when life brings us joy — no cause, no effect — just a simple reconnection with the aliveness of being. Too often, we stand on the edges, watching the river of life flow by, not realising how easy it is to step in. Dance invites us to shift our focus — from what is missing to the quiet abundance that is already here.
In Biodanza, we return to the body — places of fullness, wonder, and awe. Our dance becomes the vessel for presence and appreciation of the now, beyond expectations, goals, and judgements. Through the dance, we remember the miracle of life — to be alive, to feel, to sense, to move through this great mystery. Is that not a marvellous adventure we could live... in a state of gratitude?
