ALIVENESS ... dancing

“When I dance, I escape the present
and become one with my soul.”
– Normani Kordei

The dynamic expressions of life we experience through dancing connect us to the joy of feeling our aliveness. When we move with the rhythms of life, something awakens in us — a spark, a presence, a pulse. In that moment, we are no longer separate from life, but an active part of its vibrant unfolding.

Through dance, we give form to feeling — the invisible becomes visible, the internal finds its way outward. Our dances connect us- they are about fully participating in the flow of life: allowing the body to speak, to breathe, to remember. In the simplicity of a gesture, a step, or an embrace, we return to what is real.

Aliveness is not a concept — it is a visceral, embodied truth. Dancing invites us to inhabit that truth fully, to celebrate it with others, and to offer ourselves to the movement of life. In each step, joy is not something we chase, but something we become.
